How We Build Fast, Private Local Lead-Generation Sites: A Build Case Study

By Andrew "Easy" Anderson · Draft · Planned slug: /blog/how-we-build-local-lead-generation-sites/

We build local lead-generation websites for home-service niches. A common setup is a statewide hub plus city sites. This post is a build case study of how we make them fast, private and easy to use.

The short version: plain static pages, almost nothing extra, and respect for the visitor.

Static pages from a simple build script

Hosting on Cloudflare

Zero third-party requests

When you visit, your browser talks to our site and nothing else.

Cookie consent we host ourselves

We use our own self-hosted banner, iQCookie. It honors Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends that signal, we respect it. It has been live since November 4, 2026.

Built for everyone to use

Easy for search engines and AI to read

The legal pages

Every site ships with Privacy, Cookies, Terms, Disclaimer and Accessibility pages.

Calls first

Leads come in as phone calls through big tap-to-call buttons. In our experience, calls close better than forms. We launch one city at a time, so each city site gets done right.

Results: to come

This is a build case study, not a results story. The sites are new, and we have no traffic, ranking or lead numbers yet. We will share results honestly when we have them.
